A summer the way it used to feel
Two grand old shore homes, kept the way Cape May intended.
There is a particular kind of summer that lives in memory more than in calendars. Rocking chairs on a wide porch, the screen door clapping shut, salt air drifting up from a beach just a block away. Sea Foam Manor and Azure Estate were built for that summer, and they still keep it.
Both are authentic Cape May Victorians: double stacked porches, formal dining rooms, painted wood floors and original period details, kept comfortable and livable rather than roped off. They sit immediately next door to one another at 1027 and 1029 New Jersey Avenue, so a family can take one home, or both, and turn a week at the shore into a tradition.
