Information on this site

This site describes Sea Foam Manor and Azure Estate, two privately owned vacation homes in Cape May, New Jersey. We work to keep descriptions, photos, amenities and rates accurate, but they are provided for general information and can change. Photos show the homes as they were when taken. Rates and availability are not guaranteed until the owner or Coastline Realty confirms them for your dates.

Inquiries are not bookings

Sending an inquiry through the contact form, or calling, does not reserve a home. A stay is booked only when you and the owner (or Coastline Realty) agree on dates and price and complete the rental agreement and deposit. That rental agreement, not this website, governs your stay, including payment, cancellation, occupancy, pets and house rules.

Reviews you submit

Reviews should describe a real stay and be honest and respectful. By submitting a review you give us permission to publish it on this site, along with the name and hometown you provide, and to edit it lightly for length or to remove personal details. The owner reads every review before it appears and may decline to publish any review.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the forms, send spam or automated submissions, try to break or overload the site, or copy its photos and text for another listing. The photos and written content belong to Cape May Traditions unless noted otherwise.

Links to other sites

We link to outside sites such as Coastline Realty, Google Maps and local Cape May attractions for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limits of responsibility

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Cape May Traditions is not liable for losses that come from relying on information on the site or from the site being unavailable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
