Two porches and a sun room

The first and second-floor porches wrap the front of the home, lined with rocking chairs and deck furniture. A screened sun porch gives you shade and a sea breeze without the bugs. This is where most of a Sea Foam Manor week actually happens.

A dining room that gathers everyone

The formal dining room seats the whole family around one long table, with Sunday-dinner energy every night of the week. Hardwood floors, a brass chandelier, and light from two walls of windows.

A kitchen built for a crowd

A sunny eat-in kitchen with two full-size refrigerators, stainless appliances, a dishwasher and a butcher-block table. Whether you are feeding four or twenty, there is room to cook together.

A cheerful sea-foam green room with full bookshelves, board games and a big oak table. The unofficial headquarters for puzzles, card games and the after-dinner crowd.
